No, the employees were not part of nor aware of any scam. We were there to make television. Not until we were canned and heard about this message board. Then we started piecing together the puzzle and saw what was happening outside of our little realm in this company.
The "cheapest filler" mentality goes back to the original Programming director. If it was cheap and filled time, he would go for it. Several of us fought that mentality and won. Like I said, the programming when Q first went on the air was 100% better than what has been shown in the past 5 months.
