I think at least Ray was a honest and nice CEO who never lied to us nor raised the AS without our common shareholder's votes! He showed the deeply respect to our voting rights and firmly obeyed the Nevada Security law! The current CEO & President and the extra CEO just completely ignored and invaded our rights as the majority shareholders by raising the AS to 3B shares without our consents...
