Like all the pinks, they could dilute common shareholders up to the A/S and raise it any time they wanted. According to the last report, that is clearly not happening. To find bad in a stationary A/S rumored against a possible big carrier alignment is ridiculous imo. I'm not all rah rah about Telefix but compared to most of the garbage trading at .0006, I'm good with my position under 500 mil outstanding. GLTY
