o/s is free trading float plus restricted...

The O/S # we get nightly from the TA includes issued shares by the company through the TA of both:

We get nightly:

O/S TOTAL= Restricted Common Shares + Non-Restricted (free trading) Common Shares

So if your asking me my opinion about Officially Issued Restricted Shares by the company?? I'll tell you that they are in the number Im posting every night, thats if they exist, I cant get a breakdown from the TA on just Restricted.

When I see the TA give me an e-mail of O/S = 300,000,000 I'll know that the O/S is officially maxed out...JMHO....GLTY....
