Would you provide us with a specific accounting that supports your theory that millions have been spent on those three areas you singled out...conferences, soccer games and goat barbecues if I recall.
I assume your statement is based on due diligence of some sort. Without said accounting, I can only chalk this up to unjustified criticism of ERHC and it's CEO/BOD.
