Small Caps China Low Floats back in play (NFEC GURE KONE) of late

have lil basket light of THTI GRO XNY GIGM GRO to position myself early as most go crazy in am and don't like chasing.... CREG and TPI more building size for swing and biggest positions, but which one will go up to g-ds

Side note--maybeeee just maybe oil pop coming (EOX GTE ZAZA and about 80 others look ready) Prob ETF's UWTI and crew great way to play as well---Ill just take popcorn and hope for best
