I have written the BOD in the past and I would almost bet they never even saw it. It was critical of management and for that reason I don't think it made it to the BOD. I did get a response, but it was from Keeney and he failed to address any of the issues contained in the letter. You think the BOD asked Keeney to respond on their behalf? I seriously doubt it.
