I don't think this changes anything. Agricultural zoning has debilitating restrictions in regards to the world's largest MMJ producer. They are screwed no matter what. Even if the zoning is overturned, they still cannot get the required sewer and electricity to that barn. The barn is still a "pole barn" and it will remain as such.

That's for the town of Essex, not Lakeshore.

It's up to each municipality to deem correct zoning for an MJ facility if any.

Dude, the Town of Essex has nothing to do with the Town of Lakeshore.

It has nothing to do with CEN or the Rear Road site.

READ it. It's to discuss how the Town of Essex is thinking about adopting their own set of zoning regs for the Town of Essex.

This has nothing to do with CEN's appeal of the Town of Lakeshore's OPA 6 zoning amendment.
