1) PXYN's contract with the company that has heretofore been responsible for nearly 100% of its sales has not been renewed;

They are still negotiating a new contract with them.

2) PXYN has signed a new contract with a company that no one knows anything about, and is contractually obligated to give this new company 64% of NET REVENUE for any sales the new company generates.

With 24 hour billing from the new company in the PPO market place that is already established in all states not just Cali like TPS was for WC..
