I don't trade on nor pay for the info, but my sources have been extremely accurate.
Unfortunately they simply repeat what management has been saying and that, as you say, can be quite worthless. Some may even call it being fleeced.
By the way, receiving inside information is perfectly legal as long as you don't trade on it. Bloomberg, CNBC, etc. do so all the time citing "anonymous sources." I have never traded a single share of NNVC. I simply enjoy the story.
I mean, how could one not? For example, you have a CEO claiming a Tox study that tears apart the insides of animals won't harm animals. You can't pay for this level of humor.
