matt, you and your TOS and chairman idea is controlling the content of the boards to the point of being able to manipulate the stock price. This isn't a free exchange. You aren't just a portal. You are controlling what's going through the portal beyond normal TOS. I see a conflict of interest.
Please, can someone explain her comments to non-cyber individuals!
>>This is not a disclaimer. That is a way out of posting a disclaimer. It states "ask someone else."
Mary, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't JAGfn a streaming LIVE program? If I were concerned about a disclaimer, I would want to see it where it counts most -- during the program. People don't come to see the static stuff on their pages. They go to the site to watch the LIVE program.
>>I asked someone else and no response.
Again, just because someone doesn't respond to you, doesn't make them a scammer. Please see my George Bush comparison.
>>I do not see a disclaimer. I believe they should have a disclaimer.
I did see a disclaimer. I also properly researched them before I put them on my front page. And what I saw was a disclaimer (I think it was 2 or 3 screens full in BIG text) multiple times during the trading day. Plus, they put a decent disclaimer on the bottom of their site.
>>I see a conflict of interest in their coverage.
Then by all means, let me point you to a site that you may or may not have heard of: http://www.sec.gov

I await your proof of this.

Might I suggest again http://www.sec.gov -- I could send you some more direct contact info if you wish...

Edit: I would also like to get back on topic in regards to iHub..I have no use in discussing JAG here. They can protect themselves.
