Ask Joe for the copy of this supposed "consultant contract"

I was NEVER hired by the company and let them try to prove otherwise.

And considering the same info was emailed and texted to other shareholders, I find it hard to see how this claim is even close to logical.

And ask Joe about "NOBO".

I also hope Joe Vasquez and Toby McBride can provide proof of the claims.

1) that I supposedly acted as a broker to sell certificates privately, thus meaning

A.) Toby McBride didn't specifically ask me to "see if anyone wanted to buy some of his personal shares."
B.) Toby didn't take DIRECT payment for those shares.
C.) I personally took payment and issued those shares from my end.
D.) anyone that purchased those shares didn't directly communicate with Toby McBride on the sale, payment, wire information, forms, or to ask and get responses from Toby McBride on these items

2) that I was supposedly an employee of the company at any time and was paid in shares for my responsibilities

A.) Toby best have a contract that he and I signed stating my responsibilities and the amount of payment I would receive for these supposed services.

If NOT this email from Joe Vasquez is a SERIOUSLY blatant misuse of his position and a flagrant piece of SLANDER against me and I'm sure the COMPANY and Joe Vasquez wouldn't want to be SLANDERING anyone here.

My conscious is clear, I HAVE PROOF of EVERYTHING I've stated and therefore am WELL within my legal rights to disclose it and form my opinion on ANY PUBLIC FORUM.
