WIV well said your scenario sounds dead on. Let's hope it actually happens.

Chasing rabbits rather than staying focused on the goal/objective has caused many projects and operations to fail. It takes disciplined leadership to keep an organization (military or civilian) focused.

Wiv
I second every word of your opinion!
Couldn't have been written and explained any better. Patents are the main asset and with epa will be much much more valuable. The whole purpose that the co hasn't contracted any sales force is bcoz they are willing to be aquired someday down the road when all the pieces are in place and I do think 2016-17 are the the years.

what is the point in trying to make MZEI into an operating company for several years,

To satisfy Ed Marshall's ego.

I anticipate that MZEI will be sold within a year of EPA approval

I'm figuring it will give Ed more reasons to hang on and try to make the company viable. He's been at the helm for 20 years. He will not willingly turn over the company to someone else if he feels the company is on the verge of success. Shannon already is on record saying he is in no hurry for the company to make money and the major shareholders most likely have made tons of money selling previous PPls at higher prices so they will probably do whatever they are told.

I think we can all see that the two new guys have vastly more experience than Ed in this respect.

Ed would have been replaced along time ago if the major shareholders wanted him gone, As you pointed out, MZEI management has been chasing potential commercial “opportunity of the day,” be that bed bugs, locker rooms, vet clinics, food processing, bio-hazard for the past three years in a desperate attempt to make the company viable. Why would they stop now.

If an offer to buy the company ever came down the pike, I'm sure we will hear all kind of excuses as to why its not in shareholder's (mainly Ed"s) interest, and all the lemmings (large shareholders) will continue to do whatever Ed and Shannon tell them to do.

The simplified version.

No EPA approval, no Medizone.

Everything else is just spinning wheels and wishful thinking, waiting on approval that may or may not ever come.

Even with EPA approval, there is no assurance our inept management will be any more successful marketing ASure in the USA than they have been in Canada.

That leaves only the remote possibility they get to the point where there is a buyer for the company.

If things drag on to the point where they burn through the remaining authorized shares, they won't be able to avoid a shareholders meeting which will probably create more havoc.
