Isn't the point of a company having a stock program to raise capital? I understand the need for cash to grow a company but at some point it must produce a service, product and or fill a need or desire to make it. Why else would these cash providers want the worthless paper if they don't?
Nah. He is waiting for those conversions to sell at .0001 so he can start the share buyback program. Why release a PR before buying back shares. A lot cheaper to buyback at .0001 then .0002
