Agreed with your and Buzz's posts. Nothing moves fast with the Government but we are THE only party who is in bed with TSA and DHS at multi facets: IDIQS, Initial Pending order, CRADA, BAA money, etc. MCGANN waited for 220 to be qualified before pushing the new handheld into the market. Why? Because they are going to be using the same platform. We need to get this dismissal behind us soon and see what the next step would be. I think the company is also waiting for that to be over to get some certainty, announce whatever the plans are for refi and have a broad investor call, etc. Tomorrow is going to be 63 days, I am hoping that we will get this behind us by the end of this week or next and start shipping and collecting the money...
