Not exactly sure what to make of this? Here are the first thoughts that jumped in my head, what do you guys think?

Positives
-They will be seeking handhelds, which to my understanding we have the best product. The new handheld should also be ready by the time they start accepting products in June.
-There is a concerted effort to make an easier process for procuring ETD devices, this should only bode well for us.
-They will be soon gathering info for a handheld narcotic device, which our handheld can double as.
-They will be moving away from doing IDIQ's for ETD, meaning our IDIQ(if it stands, will be the last). I see this as a positive, because it means they cannot offer any IDIQ's to our competitors. Competitors next chance for procurement will not be til FY '16.

Negatives
-If the appeal was won by Morpho's, we also wouldn't be able to be procured until FY '16.
-Only 12 months for testing of new products? This could let competitors jump in a little quicker

So what exactly is companies are in their procurement holding pattern mean? This is what I love about TSA they come up with new programs to replace the old program that implant just went through and now the new super terrific specs that are coming out in June for desktops I mean didn't we just go through the last 'new' specs for two years for the 220? What does 'procurement on hold' mean. If imsc could stumble into some good luck it would be a miracle.
