ROTFLMAO! did anyone read that as I did? that case was about something that took place by a man and a company that broke some SEC regs up to 2010, has nothing to do with the Companies he duped! LOL I know that these cases are hard to read for some so I will try and help. The man and company in question admitted to what HE did and settled with the SEC. dont even know why this would be on the QASP thread except to keep those 2 for all to get! GETEM WHILE THEY ARE HOT!!
