Right, but remember the float is a best guess number that isn't updated daily and it is derived from subtracting the shares held by institutionals from the outstanding shares. Those institutionals have virtually unlimited resources to reduce the float minute by minute. And they can perform MM manipulation like you wouldn't believe. This is the big leagues.
