good catch, one thing that stands out 25 mil in assets and the secured debt. If they dont have to pay unsecured debt that would be 36 cents per share.

This is a liquidation. Does it really matter how they value themselves on paper? What matters is what someone is willing to pay for the assets. That has been determined by the auction. Every bankruptcy auction outcome I've known about was confirmed by the court.
