Hope things are well out West. Just wanted to get some clarification on the resubmission of the Form 10. Did the timeline reset from the previous or should we expect to hear something 90 days from the original submission date? There seems to be a lot of confusion concerning this topic. As always, we appreciate everyone's work and I look forward to meeting you and everyone at this years AGM.

Rolling timeline since resubmit in December. Normal Q and A with SEC. Should be almost complete.
