UTRM - ducktor, thank you for your thoughts. I too feel it could be a joint venture (and the new owner/partner wanted up to date financial statements). One thing is nagging at me......I think the phrase was "two pieces of information" that he (James W.) was waiting on. That was about two months ago I believe. But, one always needs to follow the money. And, in the last week, this has been trading very nicely!
