First off I email him. He simply responds. There is nothing private about it. I asked him where the update on production was after the third week in January and he asked for more patience as they finalize things, one way or another.

He replied to my e-mail last week, here is what he said, "I more than understand your concerns and position with this matter. However, everyone will have to be patient a few more days, in order for the company to bring investors up to date with everything that is going on with the company currently.
It is no secret that the company has been working on a project that could potentially have a significant impact on the direction we take our product. Through the constant communication and meetings that have already taken place, we felt that we would have definitive answers by now. Unfortunately, when working on real situations, they can sometimes take longer than anticipated regardless of the time and effort. Short of putting out a "fluff" release, which wouldn't pacify anyone, we will have to be patient.
We promise to have news out as soon as possible. Please feel free in contacting me as much as you would like until the company makes an announcement.
