The bottom line is that with 867,000 outstanding FNDM has a market value well under $1 million currently. From what I have been able to assess, it appears to me that AdvisorShares is likely worth over $100 million. With a 60% interest in AS at stake here, it appears that FNDM is monumentally undervalued.
