I think you might be out of your league with a large cap
like FXCM. The hedge funds, who have millions at their
disposal, can control the MM, who make $$ every trade
so don't care. Even if you try to cover your short shares
they can and will fill their hedge fund big clients first.
This isn't a penny stock. Be careful.
