I just received the following reply from their transfer agent. It seems they aren't replying to anyone right now.

Hi Richard,

Actually, I didn’t hear from the company but their counsel responded saying that they knew as much as we do right now and that there is NO indication that there have been any changes in their plans. It’s not much…but it’s something.
