Regardless of how much money anyone has or how much they don't have... Myecheck will be a requirement in a "sense". Not saying the whole letter thing is a bad or good idea just stating that either way it will all work out if you have a 100 bucks to your name or 59,000,000.

Could be advisable however time could truly be of the essence since Google is trying to get their nose through #1's door. That said MYEC is focused on a very different angle as compared to what Google is trying to accomplish there.
