If Heddle truly believed that the machines had potential value, then why didn't he assume possession by declaring the company in default? Why does he want to continue as a public company if not to milk new investors?
Pyrolysis has been around for a very long time and it works. Problem is, it doesn't work profitably and PTOI has inferior tech to the real companies in this space that weren't started by scammers with a lot of stories.
I love how Rock-Tenn, which was going to make shareholders rich is now the bad guy and JB the innocent victim. I and many others saw the truth 2 years ago and warned about exactly this happening.
