In a word; fireworks... Advisory is playing with fire here. They attempted to have it tossed out of court but the judge refues the motion based on the legitimacy of Fund's arguement. He refused as Advisory didn't meet the terms of the capital call as stipulated in the agreement between the two subject parties. The longer it goes, the more Advisory and the corsponding judgement will be worth. I have waited 4 years and have all the time in the world. My ticket is paid for.
