More than forcing the sale is the way the proceeds are divided. In the schedule LUK gets $925 M minimum through just line 3!
So shareholders have to consider, where does that leave them? There does not appear to be much meat on the bone for shareholders. Not very encouraging.
However, I am just hoping for some good upside volatility this week. It doesn't have to make good business sense!
But with that anchor and chain I don't see 10s coming back anytime soon.
