There are a couple of reasons, among many. First, upper tier investment firms wont touch the OTC with a fifty foot pole, and rightly so. It's just too open to manipulation, etc. Once we're on the NASDAQ we should be fine. Other than that, many investors will not invest on a promise, no matter how well worded the PR. When SLTD announced the acquisition of SUNworks, it rose from .03 to .05, and went promptly back to .03 until just before the acquisition. For us, we rose to .31 with the announcement of MD Energy, and promptly fell right back down.
If you're a long, sit tight, because things are going to get crazy real soon (if you haven't been paying attention to ALL of the groundwork that has been laid lately, which is a TON, actually).
