I think that is 100% false statement. Gaming labs pulled in nearly $40K last quarter alone. Drop in the bucket compared what their license agreements will bring in IMO. Not sure why folks think everything happens overnight. Your statement on revenue from expanded dilution is utter baseless. Financials state otherwise, and to dismiss them is a mistake, because audits will only verify what they are saying. Again, 95% of OTC file unaudited financials. Audits here only needed to uplist to current status. Also, the fact that NTEK reduced the A/S and recently reduced the O/S was a very strong indication that they have the ability to grow the business through current revenue streams.
