Why did you have that plan in a public part of the site?

I repeat, it was not on a public part of the site. Password protection is not a definition. You believe what you want to, but according to me, you entered a home that had the door unlocked and walked out with Private Property.

Will you now be controlling the content on these boards?

NEVER, I will consult with those that make the decisions, BUT I WILL NEVER CONTROL a public speaking forum.

Will you be allowing your affiliates/partners/clients to have boards so they can control teh content?

Comment "Will I allow..." is not a correct statement. But to state a fact...I disagreed with what you did to our PRIVATE Company, yet we do not interfere with you. ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS!

If someone were to spend a year building up an investment community, only to use it to promote stocks, how long do you think that would last? I would estimate, about a few seconds after that first 'promotion' appeared. I don't know how much someone makes off of a single promotion, but I can assure you that it isn't nearly as much as one could make building a solid, long-term investment discussion forum.
