New Updated Information. That must have been the Issue for the $83K Convertible. Glad it is only one of them. The way it was written in the disclosure, I was Confused of whether it was more than one. Now I see it as a total of $83K, split up in three separate Tranches.

Its all about getting them forms past the Auditors desk, and submitted to the SEC for the upgrade to Pink sheets current Information.

The business sounds like it is materializing. But the stock is flawed at the moment.

Not a bad place to take a lotto position. I though .0002's would get whacked. But it hasn't happened.
Getting more and more interesting.
The bid size on .0002's has grown. and grown, with no whack ....

If Jful is correct in his estimates, 30G's at .0003 is 100 Million shares to get through
