There's actually no way of knowing that. That could be the case or it could be that someone at DECN made it so JnJ had to report their fraudulent witness to the judge. Either way it's a really bad thing for JNJ.

So what does that mean to you? Does this fact make it better for JNJ?

Do you really think that JNJ woke up one day and checked this guy out and found out that he was a fake and immediately, because JNJ is such a trustworthy enterprise, turned this witness in as a fraud?

The point is that JNJ was caught....AGAIN!

And the fact is that because J&J used a fraudulent witness on the stand, all his testimony has to be thrown out, which means that J&J does not have a case and never did! Their strips were not patentable and they used a fraud to lie for them in court because they could not find a credible witness to testify for them. J&J did not out their one and only "expert" witness out of the goodness of their heart! IMO.
