Agreed, no difference between 1/15 and 1/40 in a sense that both get us above $4 threshold. However, as it was pointed out, a lot of institutional investors prefer price $10 and above. Also lower float can potentially increase PPS faster. So 1/30 or 1/40 seems more desirable.

Or how about, after a major news PR, say the manufacturing partner for example, Mr. Nelson actually coming on to Cramer's show to talk about SLTD's future, the cell, and solar's promise. Can you imagine what that would be worth to the PPS? Bright days ahead for sure.

Your comment about a split being a split, no matter what the ratio and if the value is the same, then what matter is the ratio. Interesting thought. There was I hoping to still retain the largest number possible at 15 to one, but that is really the acid test isn't it? Theoretically, if we believe the split retains the same value; then what matter is the ratio, large or small. Still trying to get my head around it! I understand it, now I have to come to terms with it!

Totally agree. Look at SunPower at over $20 per share but still with 5-10% swings

This R/S talk has gotten so old in just a few days... I've been here since .07 but I'm not much of a poster. All u peeps that are whining about losing ur share count and R/S hurting ur potential "profits", stop it. This stock has struggled to hold .17 for the last month so please stop acting like it was going to $10 on any news. This stock must go thru these b steps to grow up and become a force, it was never gonna happen on OTC. Who knows, the R/S may never happen but if it do es, accept it and deal with it. My million is gonna happen if I get thru 10000 shares or 250000

Moon, to answer your question I dont think its harder for the price to go up when its on the Nasdaq in fact I know it probably will don't get me wrong all of you either way we will make profit.

I think every investor invest to make as much money as you can right? I can live very easily with a 20 cent move a year in fact if I knew for sure that it would move $0.20 every single year I would retire today

As I stated earlier in another post I said something to the effect of the more shares that one has one things differently
