Calkin's salary was only 4 million restricted shares for a complete year (4 quarters) of which only 3 quarters where completed before termination (?) amicably or not.
At .0038 X 3 million = $11,400 if we assume he cashed out what he could at the end of his tenure. I would bet that Calkin is still holding on to his shares. Even at .0099 X 3 million = $27,900 if we were to believe he could / did sell all at this recent high, not likely as not that many shares went through at that price, but neither is a great deal of moneys for a CEO, however many would say that at any price, his salary was to much, based on his results delivered.
