An obvious error by thevi by clicking NEW POST instead of public reply.
Many posters do this in error and cause confusion as to their reason for posting. The New post is exactly what it says. Public Reply is used for answering or commenting on a previous post.
Some do and some don't use it and sometimes I also read someone's comment and have know idea what they are posting for.
