What does this mean below each listed promotion?

"Compensation: None Listed or Image Compensation" ?

Does that mean a Company stock could be promoted by a third party on behalf of their own personal benifits.
Lord knows we have seen third party promoaters in QASP for years.
I guess one could call a paying member of I-hub a promoter with unlimited posts. However a 'paid Promoter', gets a logo in their profile. I haven't seen one of those on the Qasp thread as far back as I can remember.
