Meridian.... I live in New Orleans and i do not believe Jefferson had ANY connection to ERHE at all..... I have been keenly aware of the ranafacations if he were, so i have been watching the situation with more than a passing interest.

Spec seems to be closer to the situation than me, the Jefferson clan and extended family all seem to be under investigation or already in prison for local corruption, so anything is possible i guess.

Having said that though, i can't see where Jefferson could have been any help to ERHE since Offer came into the picture.... if any grease or political pressure was applied it would have come through the Nigerians, which is beyond the reach of the DOJ. It is quite possible the Feds are looking though, when they go after a big fish like Jefferson they leave no stone unturned.

The upside is i don't think there is a problem with Jefferson being involoved with ERHE, The downside is that Brandhuber being a lawyer, he will never comment on an ongoing investigation, so this could be with us for a while...... truely this screams out for a movie script.

Meridain....I sincerely doubt there is/was any information tying Jefferson to ERHC but investigators aren't going to leave ANY rocks uncovered. Very political.....

Meridian, The simple explanation is that Jefferson does business in Nigeria and ERHE has Nigerian connections so voila, a search warrant is delivered to ERHE headquarters. LOL, what a crock!

Let me assure you that you cannot obtain a search warrant on a coincidental relationship.

There is just cause and we can only speculate as to the details. You have the connections, you tell me why the search warrant was delivered. There's more here than meets the eye and I for one am tired of all the bullshit and innuendo.
