The oil prices have been fixed low by the USA/ EU and Saudi Arabia in an attempt to destroy the Russian and Venezuelan economies in an attempt to change their leaders and return them to the petrodollar. Hopefully GRPR takes full advantage of the reduced cost to drill the sites during these low oil prices while they last as they can return to higher prices as quickly as they came down. A great time/ opportunity to drill at reduces costs. IMO.
