Your pretty much on target with your thoughts.

From what I have heard ,SEWC should be reienstated late January or early February.

Currently the process is in full swing and I heard a revenue bearing company has already been presented to the courts as part of the process, so obviously things are indeed moving along..

I would imagine SEWC will run once process is complete just like all of them do.
