Hi SG, I'm in SENS and I haven't talked to them but i think some of these companies get moved to the pinks for late filing, and then decide to stay there due to reduced cost of filing even though many still file fincials. I trade a lot of traders refuse to trade pinks but their is some coin to be made. IMHO for some of these companies trying to get on their feet, it makes sense for them not to spend the extra money to do filing that meet otc specs. Some are even filing form to be delisted. My understanding is it cost about 40-50k to file GLTY
