InterCore, Inc. Announces Subsidiary Name Change and Trading Exchange Upgrade

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 30, 2015) - InterCore, Inc., (OTCQB: ICOR) announced that the name of its wholly owned subsidiary, SRG International, Inc. (also known as the Scientific Reform Group), has been changed to InterCore Research Canada. ("IRC").
InterCore Research Canada will continue to be based in Montreal, Canada. It is involved primarily in the continued development and improvement of the Driver Alertness Detection System (DADS™) service. IRC also is engaged in the development of additional mobile applications and software, as well as IT and cabling services.
The name change reflects a further integration of InterCore's operations and an intention of making InterCore a recognized brand in the field of mobile safety technologies. The change will be seamless in terms of IRC's current services to clients and operations.
In an unrelated development, InterCore, Inc. noted that its publicly trading stock status has been upgraded from OTC Pink to OTCQB.
