maybe the market wants proof of the financials, which would require a full blown AUDIT. anyone can site financials as they see it, a full AUDIT, would show the actual income vs. liabilities balance sheet and if it is a the company states we are making money, then it would show the investors we are a real company and are progressing toward a huge future. I know it costs money to do an AUDIT, however, it may be worth it not only for the immediate timeframe, but for the future when and if they want to sell the company or just increase their own weatth...IMHO
