one must look farther then a short term 1 month chart that is for day traders not investors ...... if investors want to see what is really happening then look at the 200 day chart witch has a bottom trend line that has held strong for over 8 months now (unheard of in the OTC) ........ if you look at the 200 day chart you will want to snap up any share under .018
