According to the info on OTC Markets which matches the news here, there are still 4 officers that have yet to file form 3's.

"Mr. Jose Chavez, CEO; Jay Ling, President; Mike Sharp, COO & Director; Neal Puckett, COO & Director; Eric Davis, Director of Sales and Marketing; and Mr. Jim DePetris, Director of AVEW Real Estate Division have bought AVEW Stock."

So far, only 2 of these officers have filed...
