Do not know. MSFT announced that they are are working with Dockers on Oct 2014. I am sure they are aware of S3D before then. But S3D got MSFT has the OEM a couple of weeks ago!
It is a big market with so many players involved. A small piece of this pie will be humungous for S3D.

It would be unwise for Microsoft to commit to either at this early stage in the game. Both technologies let alone this approach to application virtualization has not reached critical mass.
