Todays move in the major indices (sans NDX and COMPQ) qualifies IMO as a breakout from congestion. As such I believe that risk for significant downside over the next several days is limited.
Mulling over taking a long position in SPX, RUT, etc.
Meanwhile, new port ATH is in the cards due to 50% position in DJUSEN.
