the p:s multiplier effect for spiffy... a Sunday morning exercise in speculation...

based on prior two quarters spiffy's revenue run rate in 2015 is 100 mil and it currently trades at a market cap of approximately 200 mil... which gives it a price to sales ratio of 2:1, industry average on the low end is 4:1, on the high end 6:1, with premium p:s being awarded by the market of 8:1 and even 10:1 and above... what might this mean for spiffy price movement... let's play with numbers... using an o/s of 35 mil...

2015 1st qtr financials are due no later than May 15th per Nasdaq guidelines... 2014 4th qtr financials and forward looking revenue guidance can come at ANY time... here is what i will be looking for to confirm my investment thesis...

Between now and May 15th... financials that indicate quarterly revenues of 30-35 mil, 120-140 mil annualized, or guidance of annual revenue in that range... such news is likely to result in a p:s of 4:1... imo...

Between now and August 15th... looking for financials that indicate quarterly revenues of 35-40 mil, 140-160 mil annualized, or guidance of same... p:s of 6:1...

if we get quarterly revs of 40-45 mil, 160-180 ann, or guidance of same = likely p:s of 8:1

quarterly revs of 50 mil, 200 annualized, guidance of same = 100% rev growth rate year over year and super premium p:s of 10+

Here is how those p:s multipliers driven by increased revs could translate to in terms of pps... all my opinion... all forward looking projections (obviously)...

p:s of 2:1 w/ 100 mil ann revs = 5.71 pps
p:s of 4:1 w/ 125 mil ann revs = 14.28 pps
p:s of 6:1 w/ 150 mil ann revs = 25.71 pps
p:s of 8:1 w/ 175 mil ann revs = 40.00 pps
p:s of 10:1 w/ 200 mil ann revs = 57.14 pps

this is what i will be watching for in 2015... increased revs, improved margins and profitability... if we get them the markets re-evaluation of spiffy will cause it to award increasing p:s which will act as a multiplier driving pps... throw in short covering as an added bonus and it could get real fun, real fast... jmo... glta...

Profitability should be no problem as our greatest revenues should come from the adoption of Glassware by our partners and they including it in their offerings. Doesn't cost much to put out software once it has been developed. OVRL is selling at very nice profitablity (thought this was said in prior quarterly remarks) so it is not like ANY has to give anything away to sell the product.

Revenues should be rising soon, if our partnerships take off as all expect, to the point of being ridiculous.

Very confident your revs/ profits concerns will be met and destroyed in the immediate future.
