I don't agree that she is dishonest but I would say that her management skills need polishing. A brilliant engineer yes, but in need of letting go and delegating some of the smaller details to people who are better qualified or suited. Stuff like admin, making videos and such are a good examples.
Personally I do have faith that the card exists and will do what SMME says it will and I am still confident that it will make us all rich.
